Our company is looking for a Sales Marketing professional to promote and sell various General Supplies for industrial needs, including:

HVAC Parts
-
Motors / Electric Motors
-
Chiller Components
-
Industrial Batteries
-
Elevator Ropes
-
PLC, HMI, and Automation Devices
-
Other general industrial supplies
Main Focus
- Promotion & sales of building maintenance projects
- Smart Energy Management Systems (30–70% energy savings)
- Supply of spare parts & general building needs
-
Conduct direct (door-to-door) sales to customers and prospects.
-
Perform regular visits to industrial sites, commercial buildings, MEP contractors, and related companies.
-
Prepare daily or weekly sales activity reports.
-
Follow up prospects and maintain good relationships with customers.

Provide product explanations and basic technical recommendations according to customer needs.
Qualifications

Male applicants preferred.
- Based on Jabodetabek.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field (industrial supplies, HVAC, automation, or M&E industry).

Must be mobile and experienced in door-to-door sales.

Basic technical understanding of HVAC, mechanical & electrical, or automation systems is an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Able to work with targets and deadlines.

Having a personal vehicle is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing/project experience
- Relationships with hotels, offices, and apartments are a plus

Main Focus
