• Networking & Integration
  – Connected seamlessly to Hotel PMS (Property Management System) for check-in/check-out synchronization.
  – Stable Ethernet-based communication between all modules, floor servers, and central control.

• Power Management
  – Controlled Circuits: Lighting, AC, and general sockets are automatically powered down or set to low-power mode when the room is vacant.
  – Uncontrolled Circuits: Critical devices (shaver socket, mini-fridge, alarm clock, set-top box, dedicated desk power) remain always-on for guest convenience.

  – Supports standard switch control and scene control (Welcome, Bright, Soft, Sleep modes).

  – Smart Dehumidification: Activates automatically at humidity ≥70–80% (setpoint 27°C) to maintain air quality while saving energy.
  – Unoccupied Mode: Automatically raises setpoint and reduces fan speed when no presence is detected — cutting consumption significantly.
• Occupancy Detection & Power Saving
  – Card-Free Power Retrieval: Uses door magnetic sensors + high-precision infrared detectors (accuracy ≥99.5%).
  – Logic Operation:
  When guest enters → Power ON automatically.
  When guest leaves → Delayed shut-off / switch to energy-saving mode.
  Silent components: Contactors and sensors designed for noiseless operation.
• Scene & Welcome Modes
  – Welcome Mode: Gradual lighting activation, automatic curtain opening, and TV power-on upon entry — creating a warm atmosphere.
